VCRD is seeking an Executive Director to advance and increase the impact of VCRD’s mission and collaboratively lead a dedicated team to convene and facilitate democratic engagement and collective action at the local and state level.

We’re looking for someone with demonstrated excellence as:

  • Experienced and Effective Fundraiser

This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $110,000-130,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications, an attractive benefit package, and professional development opportunities. The position is based in the VCRD Montpelier office with remote work flexibility. Regular evening meetings and in-state travel required.
