A lot of what we are doing today is storing carbon in buildings by using wood products – everything from wood studs to cellulose and fiberboard insulation, and wood siding – instead of cements, plastic and vinyl.”
Smith & McClain started in 2004 with three carpenters and has evolved into a full-service construction company with more than 20 employees.
