The Network provides opportunities for small groups of leaders to come together around focused areas of action, building a shared sense of common purpose, learning, support, and success through periodic gatherings, mentor pairings, and online collaboration tools. We currently have 2 networking cohorts that we convene and provide targeted support:
- The Climate Catalysts Program brings together local leaders from Vermont communities for a year-long process focused on building peer connections, strengthening leadership skills and providing project development support. Participants work on implementation of a local project as a focus of their program participation. Learn more here.
- The Community Response and Recovery Corps brings together new and experienced leaders as they work to address the current challenges of the pandemic and help Vermont emerge stronger. We have selected a group of great local leaders doing important work in all corners of Vermont to join this new group. Stay tuned for more details about the members of CRRC and their work.
