On May 26 and 27 2021, the Vermont Council on Rural Development welcomed 700 participants from all backgrounds and corners of the state to the Summit on the Future of Vermont to review The Vermont Proposition draft from all sides and consider ways to move each element forward. This report includes some background on the Vermont Proposition effort, summary of ideas shared in Summit sessions, and the lists of speakers, presenters, and sponsors.
