Wallingford Community Visit Day - April 26

On Thursday, April 26, 2018, all members of the Wallingford community are invited to participate in a series of forums in town to share their concerns and ideas. VCRD will bring a team of federal, state, business, nonprofit, and philanthropic leaders who will listen to residents and will return in months ahead to the community with recommendations, ideas and support in developing action plans and funding strategies. Click HERE for the schedule of the day.

The forum sessions for discussion on the 26th will include: Community Communications, Events & Celebrations; Restoring Historic Buildings; Wallingford's Identity; Economic Development & Infrastructure; Recreation & Natural Resources; and Main Street.

*CHILDCARE AVAILABLE during 4:15 and 7pm sessions: Wallingford students Karlie and Kaleigh will provide babysitting during the 4:15pm and 7:00pm forums at the First Baptist Church in a separate room from the forum. There will be signs directing where to drop off. Childcare will not be available during the 2:30 forum. Feel free to bring the whole family along to the community dinner!
