On Thursday, April 26, 2018, all members of the Wallingford community are invited to participate in a series of forums in town to share their concerns and ideas. VCRD will bring a team of federal, state, business, nonprofit, and philanthropic leaders who will listen to residents and will return in months ahead to the community with recommendations, ideas and support in developing action plans and funding strategies. The forum sessions for discussion on the 26th will include: Community Communications, Events & Celebrations; Restoring Historic Buildings; Wallingford's Identity; Economic Development & Infrastructure; Recreation & Natural Resources; and Main Street. Childcare will be available during forum sessions at the First Baptist Church.
