By next summer, Morristown could boast bustling storefronts, a local-foods co-op, emerging small businesses, and a recreation trail system that attracts both tourists and locals. Nearly 80 citizens are working to make those goals happen. Earlier this summer, some of Vermont’s top economic-development experts visited the town and worked with residents to set up an action plan.
